On our call I will find out more about you, your story and challenges, give you tips that might help, as well as answer any questions you might have about the Rise UP Women's Retreats or our Rise UP online program. This will help us determine if you are suitable to join our program.

You can connect to our video call via the link in the calendar invite. If you chose phone call, I will call you at the precise time that you selected, please make sure that you are ready when I call.

If you are more than 5 mins late the call will be cancelled and you will not be able to reschedule another one.

Please know, this call blocks time out of my already very busy calendar. If you don't attend to the scheduled call or try to cancel the day of the call, this is extremely inconvenient for me personally... I am here taking the time to connect with you personally completely free of charge because I want to help you. I simply ask in return that you respect the time I have dedicated to you.

I put time & thought into preparing for our call in advance to help you and often book over my peronsal free time to make the call happen. No-showing on the call means you've taken a connection session away from another deserving woman who might need our help.
